We want you to love your new fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
